Business & Committee Meeting

Friends Meeting of Washington Assembly Room.  
 

All are invited to an open discussion about the renovation plans in the Quaker House Living Room.

Friends will gather at 6 PM for a potluck dinner then meet with Baird Smith, principal architect for Quinn Evans Architects at 7 p.m.. Smith will present specific and detailed plans for the elevator and renovation project for the Meeting House and will answer questions about them.  The meeting will be in the Decatur Place Room at 7 p.m.   All are invited.

The Membership Committee will meet in the Decatur Place Room at 6:00 p.m.

Friends of Color will meet in the Terrace Room at 9:45 a.m.

The Records and Handbook Committee will meet at 12:15 p.m. in the Terrace Room.

The Interfaith Group will meet in the Decatur Place Room at 1:00 p.m.

The ad hoc Welcoming Committee is holding a meeting on April 18 at 12:00pm with representatives from standing committees to discuss next steps for the ad hoc committee and ways welcoming and fellowship efforts can be integrated into the work of the standing committees and the wider meeting as a whole.  All FMW members and attenders are invited to attend.  Please Contact FMW with questions.
