Business & Committee Meeting

Friends will gather at 6 PM for a potluck dinner then meet with Baird Smith, principal architect for Quinn Evans Architects at 7 p.m.. Smith will present specific and detailed plans for the elevator and renovation project for the Meeting House and will answer questions about them.  The meeting will be in the Decatur Place Room at 7 p.m.   All are invited.

Please join FMW members and friends making sack meals for the homeless.

All are invited to come at 5:30 p.m. to pack meals.  Two people each week go with the Salvation Army van at 7 PM to distribute meals on street corners where the homeless gather.

Donations of food items are also needed and welcomed.

The Working Group on Racism will meet at 12:00 p.m. in the Parlor.

The Marriage and Family Committee will meet in the Decatur Place Room at 9:15 a.m.

The Personnel Committee will meet in the office on April 4th at the rise of Meeting.

The Planning Committee will meet at 7 PM in the Decatur Place Room.

The Nominating Committee will meet at 9:00 AM in Third Floor North.

Sunday, March 28, Henry Freeman, financial consultant hired by the Meeting, will report on his survey study of FMW Friends regarding financing the forthcoming elevator and renovation project for the Meeting House.  Come and hear his summary and interpretation of  responses. The meeting will be in the Meeting Room at noon.
